Availability requests are not reservations
Submitting or sending room details does not create a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only after the hotel checks availability, communicates the applicable room, rate, and terms, and provides direct confirmation.
The same applies to meeting-hall requests: submitting event details does not reserve the hall until the hotel confirms the date, setup, price, and applicable conditions.
No website payment
The current website does not take payment. Never send card details, account passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through the free-text request field.
Travel information
Distances, travel times, road access, trails, weather, transport schedules, and visitor access can change. Confirm current conditions with qualified local sources before relying on the website for travel decisions.
Photographs
Hotel photographs are client-supplied. The selected exterior is an AI-assisted marketing edit. Attraction photographs are credited under their applicable Creative Commons licenses.
Final stay policies
Check-in, check-out, cancellation, payment, children, extra beds, pets, smoking, taxes, and other stay policies must be confirmed directly with the hotel until approved policies are published.
